We want to set the record straight and dispel the falsehoods circulating online: One Merafong Organization - OMO is NOT and will NEVER be part of any MyANC faction, nor are we dividing the Black vote.

Our allegiance is to the people of Merafong City Local Municipality, regardless of race or ethnicity. Our mission is clear: to unite our community and build a strong, inclusive foundation for a better future for our children.

It’s unfortunate, but not surprising, that the so-called “red beret lunatics” and alleged "drug dealers" are behind these lies. We know for a fact that they are compromised and entangled in the shenanigans happening in #Merafong.
